During this time, there will be no loud performances and background music will be kept to a minimum. Accessible parking will be allocated on the far eastern side of the Harvey Norman Carpark. Parking will be available on Balo Street, between Albert and Heber Streets. Alternatively, there will be the Harvey Norman and Town Hall Carparks available for motorists to park This is an alcohol free event.
